Each year we hold annual events to bring families together for support. Below you will find a list of these events and information pertaining to the events. There is no cost to attend the events.
This is an annual family event held on the third Sunday of August at 2:00 p.m. in the Sheridan Room at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, 5401 South Street. We will have a small service followed by a butterfly release. You may bring a picture of your child to be displayed on a table. Refreshments will be served following the service.
A Walk To Remember
This is an annual family event for those who have had a pregnancy or infant loss. It is held each fall on the first Sunday in October at 1:00 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Park, 14th and Pine Lake. We meet on the south side of the mausoleum. At 1:00 we walk from that location to “Babyland” where we hold a remembrance program.
World Wide Candle Lighting Ceremony
This is an annual family event that is held each winter on the second Sunday in December and is held in all time zones around the world at 7:00 p.m. Candles are lit all over in memory of our precious children. As candles burn down in one time zone more candles are lit in the next time zone creating a wave of light that encircles the globe in a 24 hour virtual memorial. We meet at 6:45 p.m. at Bryan College of Health Sciences, 51st and Everett St.
